Texts have been typeset with punctuation added where necessary. In addition, texts 6, 7 and 8, which were transcribed from manuscripts written in cursive script, follow the original layout as far as possible. For instance, wherever the flow of a sentence is interrupted and the writer—mostly for honorific reasons—started a new line this is reflected in the typeset text.
